Fire-resistant Glass

The .GLASMA - coating is.. no foil.. and ..no paint..!

Fire-resistant glass can only in certain cases be etched, sandblasted or be covered with decorative film .

Etching or sandblasting will disrupt the tension lines of fire-resistant glass .
Fire-resistant glass which has thus been "weakened" will not provide adequate protection against the heat pressure .
Decorative film coverings can catch fire, the seals of fire-resistant glass elements can be damaged, a new source of fire could arise .

The result : fire.-.resistant glass elements can. lose .their type approval, the insurance cover may .become void !

GLASMA - coatings are highly heat resistant, non.-.flammable and thus ideal for use on fire-resistant glass elements of the following
classes ( amongst others ) :

F30 - F120 all manufacturers, G30 - G60 Pyrodur,. PILKINGTON AG
G30 - G120 all manufacturers, e.g. PYRAN, SCHOTT JENAer GLAS GmbH, PYROSWISS, PYROSWISS - EXTRA, VETROTEC SAINT - GOBAIN

Upon request, we will send you the relevant assessments on fire-resistance for.GLASMA - coatings
by Brunswick Technical University ( officially appointed Materials Testing Body for the Construction Industry ) .

These comprise, among others, special expertise on
F - Class glazing with. Pyrostop as well as all
