Collision Protection / Safety Markings

The .GLASMA - coating is.. no foil.. and ..no paint..!

Glass elements in walls give rooms a light and friendly atmosphere .
At the same time, though, they can pose a safety risk to people and animals ( e.g. birds ) .

Therefore, glass elements should have safety markings ( collision protection ) .
Often these are required by law anyway .

New buildings which give access to the public will not be certified unless passage
way glass elements have been sufficiently marked with collision protection material
in accordance with .Workplace Regulations .

The same goes for existing buildings undergoing renovation etc..

Safety markings are mostly used on glass doors, automatic glass doors, glass partitioning systems,
windows, shop windows ( also for example AMIRAN glass made by SCHOTT ) .

There have been a number of serious cases of compensation awarded by the courts due to failure to apply required safety markings .

These negative consequences can be avoided by the use of ..GLASMA - coating .being applied on location even in cases where, due to oversight, safety markings have been omitted prior to the commissioning of a building..

NOTE.: The motif providing collision protection or the safety markings should not
............. be too restrained but ..must ..be easily visible.!
